Iklim Bilik Darjah


Proses Pengajaran & Pembelajaran yang berlaku di dalam bilik darjah amat bergantung kepada iklim bilik darjah iaitu:


  • Interaksi dan aktiviti antara guru dan pelajarnya.

  • Suasana yang tenteram.

  • Suhu dan peredaran udara.

Sesebuah bilik darjah yang baik mengandungi 5 ciri iaitu;

  • Hubungan yang baik dan saling hormat-menghormati antara guru dan pelajar.
  • Kesungguhan pelajar menerima aspirasi dan peraturan bilik darjah yang ditetapkan oleh pihak sekolah.
  • Memiliki semangat kekitaan (esprit de coup). Guru dan pelajar bagaikan sebuah keluarga yang besar, harmoni dan mesra.
  • Wujud minat untuk melibatkan diri dalam aktiviti kelas dan sukarela dengan sopan.
  • Ada keterbukaan, demokratik, kemesraan, kebebasan yang menggalakkan interaksi antara pelajar dan guru mereka.
